Past Accomplishments and Projects
Financial Services Successes
- Led largest mortgage wholesale business in the country with a 30% marketshare at Wells Fargo.
- Grew Stearns lending into a top ten lender by growing Correspondent 8 fold and taking Wholesale to the number 1 marketshare position. Company was successfully sold to Blackstone.
- COO at a privately held mortgage company which was an innovator with data and call center strategies. Successfully sold to ITT Financial.
- Took a start-up in Home Equity at Wells Forgo to number 1 marketshare position.
Global Workforce Initiatives
- Consolidated Wachovia off shore vendor model and created a global in-house center for Wells Fargo now housing more than 25,000 employees in both the Philippines and India. Led transition and implementation from vendor to in-house model.
- Selected a vendor for Wells Fargo in South America for a Spanish Voice call center after initiating a RFP and visiting multiple locations in Central and South America. Offered in-language options to Spanish speakers through marketing.
- Led project and created a governance model for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to off shore roles falling within regulatory compliance.
- Developed a strategic plan for Stearns Lending, a privately held top 10 mortgage lender, to begin off shoring.
- Wrote RFP, completed due diligence, selected vendor, negotiated contract, created a governance model and worked through transition and implementation at Stearns Lending.
- Developed a post-transition cost-benefit-analysis to ensure expected results were delivered at Stearns Lending.
